Technical And Design Facilities

Our fully qualified design engineers are always available to give rapid response and help Customers individual technical problems. Supported by extensive computer facilities and 3-D CAD systems our engineering team is able to provide complete and accurate thermal and mechanical design, calculations and quotations from single items through to more complete plant packages.

Fabrication and Assembly Facilities

Our Manufacturing Department has an Area of approximately 1250 m2 with a fabrication area covered by craneage with an underhook height of over six meters. Separate fabrication areas are provided for Carbon and Stainless Steels. Facilities for machining, drilling and plate rolling are all incorporated together with most of the welding techniques associated with pressure vessel production. These include, but not limited to, Submerged Arc, MMA, MIG, TIG and Pulse MIG. For Heat Exchanger tube to tubeplate welding we are equipped with sophisticated automatic orbital welding equipment. This machine uses pre set parameters and the TIG welding process to produce tube to tubeplate joints of very high integrity and consistency.

Non Destructive Testing

We are able to provide most methods of non destructive testing to customer requirements including Radiography, Ultrasonic, Hydraulic, Halogen Leak, Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle and PIG testing.

Materials

Stainless Steel, High Nickel Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, Hastelloy, Incoloy, Cupro Nickel, Copper, Brass, Carbon Steel and Low Temperature Steel.
