Directions from South of Bradford
Leave the M62 motorway at junction 26 and take the M606 towards Bradford.
At the end of the M606, the road goes under two bridges and swings right as you go through some traffic lights.
At the roundabout turn left, past McDonalds, onto Rooley Lane (A6177).
At the second roundabout turn left (first exit) on to Wakefield Road (A650) dual carriageway.
Following the Keighley/Skipton signs until you see a Tesco Supermarket on your left.
Get into the right hand lane as you pass the supermarket and turn right at the next traffic lights into Kings Road.
Follow this road, through some traffic lights, and up a hill until you come to a roundabout.
At the roundabout take the third exit on to Bradford Road.
Drive straight across the next roundabout, passing Morrisons Supermarket on your right.
The entrance to the estate is about half a mile down the hill on the right-hand side, opposite Alfresco Restaurant.

Directions from North West of Bradford
Leave the M6 at junction 36 and take the first exit off the roundabout onto the A590 signposted to Kirkby Lonsdale.
Proceed down the A590 for approximately 40 miles until the roundabout with the A629.
Take the 3rd exit onto the A629 signposted to Keighley and carry on for approximately 12 miles until you reach the 4th roundabout.
Take the 1st exit onto the A650 signposted to Bradford and carry on down the A650 past Bingley to the roundabout at Cottingley.
Take the first exit off the roundabout onto the A657.
At the next roundabout, in Saltaire, take the 3rd exit onto the A657 signposted to Leeds.
Carry on through 4 traffic light junctions for approximately 3.6 miles untill you come to a petrol station/caravan shop on your left hand side.
Turn right up Albion Road and continue up this road for approximately 3/4 mile, past some sets of flats.
You will find us on the left opposite Alfresco Restaurant.
If you see Morrisons Five Lane Ends Shopping Centre on your left, you have gone about 400 yards too far.

Directions from North East of Bradford
Leave the A1 at the Boston Spa Turnoff (A59).
Follow signs to Leeds/Bradford Airport (A658).
Once at the Airport roundabout go straight ahead (A658) and follow the airport directions below.
Directions from Leeds Bradford Airport
At the airport roundabout, take the first left (A658).
Keep straight on through two sets of traffic lights.
At the next set of traffic lights bear left and drive down a long hill with a river and a canal at the bottom (Apperley Bridge).
Continue through the next set of traffic lights.
At the next lights turn right on to Leeds road (signposted Shipley).
Continue on this for approximately 1/4 mile road until you see a Albion caravan shop on your right.
Turn left up Albion Road and continue up this road for approximately 3/4 mile, past some sets of flats.
You will find us on the left opposite Alfresco Restaurant.
If you see Morrisons Five Lane Ends Shopping Centre on your left, you have gone about 400 yards too far.

Directions from the Leeds
From the centre of Leeds take the A647 road towards Bradford, through Armley on to the Dual Carriageway.
Follow this road for approximately 2 miles passing the Owlcotes Shopping Centre on your right.
Go straight ahead at the next roundabout following the signs to Leeds/Bradford Airport.
At the next roundabout turn left on the A657 towards Shipley.
Drive straight through the next set of traffic lights, Sainsbury's Supermarket on your left.
Continue on this for approximately 1/4 mile road until you see a Albion caravan shop on your right.
Turn left up Albion Road and continue up this road for approximately 3/4 mile, past some sets of flats.
You will find us on the left opposite Alfresco Restaurant.
